How do I track my package?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email
containing your package number as well as a tracking link to follow the delivery stages in real time.

Returns and Refunds
How do I return my order?
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your
package to retract for free. To do this, you will only have to contact
Clara at contact@ateliersfoures.fr .

How do I get reimbursed?
Upon receipt of your package, your request will be processed under
14 working days maximum.
If the returned product meets the return conditions,
the refund will be triggered. You will be credited back to the payment method
with which you made the purchase. The refund can take 2 to 5
working days (banking delays) to appear on your account.
I would like to make an exchange
We do not do exchanges. In fact, the price of a
reference to another may vary and we cannot guarantee that the
Products will be in stock upon receipt of your return.
My orders
Can I pre-order out-of-stock products?
In an ecological approach, we manufacture our products
depending on demand. If the product of your choice is out of stock
stock, rest assured, you have the possibility to pre-order it.
When pre-ordering, the manufacturing time is indicated
on the product sheet. As soon as the product is finished, it will be automatically shipped to you at
the address requested when validating your order.
I wish to modify/cancel my current order
After validation of your order, it is immediately
followed by our teams who do their utmost to ship it to you the same day. So for logistical reasons we cannot modify
an order being prepared or an order shipped.
I lost my invoice / Where can I find my invoice?
If you cannot find your invoice related to a purchase made
on our website, do not hesitate to contact Clara at contact@ateliersfoures.fr and tell her
indicating your name, first name and order number if you wish.

The Ateliers Fourès® site uses Mollie and
Paypal which secures all payments. To make sure of this, you will find

The Ateliers Fourès® site uses SMS or 3D Secure codes as
payment protection system. This system sends a payment request to
your bank, then your bank sends you an SMS code to enter on the site or

Leather care
How do I protect my new Ateliers Fourès bag or wallet?
Our leathers are "naked" and unlike most leathers on the market, they are not covered with a pigmented plastic layer on the surface. But don't worry, beautiful non-plasticized leather is easy to clean when you know how to do it.

Are the bags waterproof?
Our bags and wallets are not waterproof, but water
rain will not stain them. It will dry without leaving a trace, as it

Should I waterproof my bag?

How to benefit from after-sales service (procedure)?
To carry out after-sales service, we invite you to contact us at contact@ateliersfoures.fr, attaching photos to your request.
After collecting the necessary information, our repair service will draw up a quote. With us, you only pay the
raw materials and the time needed to repair your leather goods. Wishing to support a responsible mode of consumption in which we favor repair over the trash, we do not apply any margin on this service making it very accessible.
