All our leather goods are guaranteed for 2 years against all defects or manufacturing faults.
Abnormal use or wear and tear are not included in the warranty.

If your product is no longer under warranty, don't worry! We can offer you after-sales service at cost price.
How to trigger your warranty?
If you purchased online from our Ateliers Foures website, there is nothing to do.
If you purchased in store or on a website other than ours, you can either:
- Keep your receipt/invoice safe, as it is essential for the proper processing of your request.
- Fill out the warranty form for greater peace of mind: once you have downloaded your proof of purchase, you will no longer have to worry about keeping it. We will take care of it for you 😊

Indeed, our after-sales service is at cost price: you only pay for the parts needed for the repair and the hour of work of our craftsman (no administration fees, commercial fees, structure fees, no profits, etc.).
How to make a service request?
To carry out after-sales service, we invite you to contact us by email at contact@ateliersfoures.fr .
After collecting the necessary information, our repair service will prepare a quote. And with us, you only pay for the raw materials needed to repair your leather goods, the labor and the return shipping costs.
Once the quote is accepted, you will only have to send us your item by tracked parcel. We will begin handling it upon receipt.
