Abnormal use or wear is not included in the warranty.

How to trigger your warranty?
If you have purchased online on our Ateliers Foures website , there is nothing to do.
If you purchased in store or on a website other than ours, you can either:

How to make a service request?
To carry out an after-sales service, we invite you to contact us via the contact form .
After collecting the necessary information, our repair department will establish an estimate. And with us, you only pay for the raw materials needed to repair your piece of leather goods and the return shipping costs. Labor is (and always will be!) free.
Once the estimate has been accepted, all you have to do is send us your property by tracked parcel. We will begin to support it upon receipt.
